Cheat gnome:
Quickly press Down, L, Z, R, X, Left during game play. The cheat gnome will appear somewhere in the district.

Maximum Physical skill:
Enable the "Cheat gnome" code. Quickly press R, Z, Down, Y(2) during game play.

Maximum Mental skill:
Enable the "Cheat gnome" code. Quickly press Down, X, Left, R, Down during game play.

Maximum Artistic skill:
Enable the "Cheat gnome" code. Quickly press R, Y, Up, Z, Down during game play.

Acquire skill object:
Enable the "Cheat gnome" code. Quickly press Down, Z, Up, Y, R during game play.

Hint: Easy money:
Enable the "Cheat gnome" code, then the "Power Socials" code as many times as desired. Sell the Power Social items obtained. You can repeat this as much as desired.

Go to the South Side Bridge. Go to the Lucky Six and cheat on any of those games. You will bet 500 Simoleons but walk away with 1,000 Simoleons.

Hint: Easy rep:
Go to Skyline Beach and get past the bouncer at midnight. You might need the style and some, but it will be worth it. Someone will give you a Power Social. Start to use it on everybody. Keep in a good mood and keep using it. You will become the player on Skyline Beach.

Socials that are green are more likely to succeed; however red socials can reap larger rewards, just at a higher risk to your current reputation.

Get to all the sides of the areas. You can get all the pieces to Darius' secret machine. If you go to all of them and stop the opponent with power socials, when you get all of the pieces you will unlock Darius' penthouse. Go on the train there and throw a party to get a lot more reputation.

Hint: Easy food:
If your Sim is hungry and low on money, instead of paying a machine, try kicking it. This may take a few attempts, but food will come out for your Sim to eat for free.

Go to Skyline Beach or Gasoline Row. Go to the grill and grill sausages. You can then eat for free.

Hint: Easy fun:
Once you can go to Skyline Beach, you can go to the shop and get it. Whenever you need fun, go home and use it. It also raises your hygiene.

Hint: Raising skills:
When you are trying to raise skills on the mental machine, exercicycle, the dance thing, or minting Simoleons on the machine in Darius' Penthouse, the fastest and easiest way is to immediately pause game play. Before the pause screen appears, keep tapping A and it will go up and not down while the pause screen is loading. Repeat this as necessary to bring it back up to the top.

Hint: Restore energy:
There is a chair in Gasoline Row with flames on it. It can restore your energy

Hint: Red Bull soda machine:
Go to the central station. Go into one of the trains to find a Red Bull soda machine . You can by a soda from it.

Hint: Better mood:
You can get your mood up all the way by creating another character and making sure that the Sim in the bad mood is in the apartment. Play with the new character for awhile, then go back to the main character. He or she will be in a very good mood.

Hint: Secret bonus closet:
When you move to the Blankwood Towers apartment, there is a secret closet. You cannot put it in your inventory, so it cannot go in other apartments. Its secret clothing depends on your Urbz's gender. Males will get Darius' tracksuit, with glasses, shoes and hat. Females will get Roxanna Moxie's costume, including hat and leggings. Roxanna Moxie is a character from the Game Boy Advance and Nintendo DS version of the game. Both secret sets of clothing are neutral for all districts.

Hint: Hidden Power Socials:
Look in the dumpster in Blankwood Towers. You will find a Blast I Kiss in it, but look twice.

Spend some time in every dumpster. You will be rewarded for "DumpsterDiving".

All over the city there are Power Socials. Instead of going into the clubs and getting them off Darius, you can keep looking in every bin in every part of town.

Hint: Darius' Penthouse:
Defeat all the villains and you will get a piece to Darius' Secret Machine. Defeat all the villains and you will unlock Darius' Penthouse.

Hint: Luxury area:
To have a room that is basically a luxury area, transfer the sinks, bathroom, food machine, etc., all to the place where your job is located. You will not have to move much, only to interact with Sims and go to your home. Note: If you put things too close to each other, you will not be able to use them.

Hint: Placing objects:
You can buy and place objects in any of the districts. Just buy it or put it in your inventory then place it in any district. Note: If you place too many objects the chance of a fire increases.

Use the following trick to pick up and place items when you do not have anything in your inventory. When in the PDA screen, go to "Inventory" then press Y. You will now be able to place and pick up items.

Hint: Face on signs and shirt:
When you become a superstar (level 35) at Skyline Beach, all the signs around you will have your face on them. You can also have your face on a custom-made shirt.

Hint: Career recommendation:
The easiest career is the modeling job, in Diamond Heights. It gets you the most money; and the combinations do not move and do not have a time limit when to press them.

Hint: Do not lose furniture after not paying rent:
First, make sure you have furniture in the 98th floor or Blackbland Towers. If you do not have money for rent, do not go your house. Go to Blackbland or 98th. Harry Snivel should be there. Make sure ypu have bad light there. He will take it (put three of the lights in there). After he steals them, he will leave and you can go back home.

If you do not have enough money to pay Harry Snivel rent, go to your inventory. Then, go into grab mode. You can then put all your items in your inventory and Harry Snivel will go home. This can be done as many times as desired. Note: Harry will take lights, and if you are using something like taking a shower you can not store it. Also, if you are sleeping on the couch or sitting or lying in bed he cannot take it.

Hint: Avoid buying extra items:
When you get to Diamond Heights, you do not need to buy things such as chairs, toilets, sinks, and tables. Go to your inventory, and move items that are already in the building.

Dog at 98th Ave., third floor: Add $750 worth of furniture to your apartment to unlock a pet bulldog.

Hint: Good items for free:
Go to a place with something that you want. Then, go into your inventory and press X to go into grab object mode. Grab the object you want then press X to put it in your inventory. Note: If it is an object for fun, make sure that there is still something fun for the other Urbz to do. This does not work on snack machines.
